Joyce DeWitt

Wow. Meeting Joyce DeWitt was a great experience. She has always been my favorite female character on Three's Company, and I was very excited when I found out she was coming to Michigan. Like Priscilla Barnes, she also had quite the line of people waiting to meet her. I believe hers was longer, though. Unlike Priscilla, Joyce did not have many photos to choose from. I just got one from her, and also had her sign the cast photo I had already gotten from Priscilla. She was an incredibly nice person. She had a lot of energy, just like Janet. You could tell that she is a genuinely nice person, and she really cares for all of her fans. Sometimes you meet celebrities, and you can just tell that they would rather not be there, but Joyce was the total opposite. It seemed that every other person in her line wanted their picture taken with both Joyce and Priscilla, so Joyce had to go over to Priscilla's table and tap her on the shoulder every few minutes to have her picture taken. It was funny how she kept doing it, causing Priscilla to stop what she was doing. Priscilla didn't seem to mind, but it must have gotten annoying after 3 days! I'm really glad that I got the chance to meet Joyce. She truly is a class act.
